Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Coconut Flour Oatmeal Cookies are soft and chewy with a great melt-in-your-mouth texture from the coconut flour. They are gluten-free and naturally sweetened with only maple syrup and chocolate chips!

Simple Ingredients

– coconut flour – rolled oats – shredded coconut – baking soda – maple syrup – coconut oil – vanilla – eggs – chocolate chips

How To Make Coconut Flour Cookies:  1. In a medium-sized bowl combine dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly. 2. In a separate small bowl whisk together wet ingredients.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together. Add the chocolate chips and stir again.

4. Roll the dough into balls of approximately 2 tbsp.  Place 6 at a time on the cookie sheet and flatten each cookie gently with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
