Chocolate Dipped Pineapple Pops

Chocolate Covered Pineapple is a refreshing way to add some tropical sweetness and sunny flavour to your day! Juicy pineapple pairs so well with rich dark chocolate.

Simple Ingredients

– 1 ripe pineapple cored and peeled – semi sweet baker's chocolate – shredded unsweetened coconut for a decorative topping

1. Melt the baker's chocolate either in a double boiler on the stove or in the microwave. 2. Chop a ripe pineapple into wedges. Skewer them with a "candy apples stick".

3. Blot the pineapple dry with a paper towel and dip the pineapple wedge into the chocolate.

4. Lay the chocolate coated pineapple on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden.
