Cinnamon Apple  Mousse

Apple Cinnamon Mousse can be enjoyed any time of day or as an elegant, light and refreshing way to end a meal. You can assemble this dessert in 15 minutes and have a cold and crisp dessert to serve to guests with minimal effort.

Simple Ingredients

– Greek yogurt – pure maple syrup – grated apple – cinnamon – pure vanilla extract – heavy cream Topping – walnuts crushed – sprinkle of cinnamon

1. In a small bowl mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and pure vanilla.

2. Add grated apple and stir thoroughly. 3. In a separate medium-sized bowl, whip up heavy cream until soft peaks.

4. Gently fold the Greek yogurt mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.  5. Transfer the mixture into small dessert bowls. Chill and enjoy!
