Buckwheat Flour Brownies

Life Around the Table 

These gluten-free buckwheat flour brownies are fudgy and chocolatey and naturally sweetened. They really call for a tall glass of ice cold milk.

coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

Simple Ingredients

Step One - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 8×8 pan by lining with parchment paper.

 Step Two - In a small bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.

Step Three - In a medium saucepan, melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips together. In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs and coconut sugar together and add in the melted butter and chocolate when it has cooled slightly.

Step Four - Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredient.  Stir in chocolate chips.

Step Five - Pour brownie batter into the prepared 8×8 pan. Step  Six - Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until the middle is set and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the brownies to fully cool and enjoy!
