Dill Pickle Cottage Cheese Dip

This high-protein Cottage Cheese Dip is a quick 10-minute recipe, ideal for daily snacking or as an appetizer for party platters. It's a super simple dip that brings out the deliciousness of dill pickles and makes eating your veggies extra tasty!

Simple Ingredients

– cottage cheese blended – mayo – pickle juice – dill  – garlic powder – salt and pepper  – Dijon mustard – dill pickles finely chopped

Step 1: Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Finely chop enough dill pickles to measure ½ cup. Step 2: Combine the blended cottage cheese with all other ingredients in a small bowl.
