Cottage Cheese  Ice Cream

What sets this cottage cheese ice cream recipe apart from others is that first you blend all the ingredients together and then freeze it up in an ice cube tray. Then you blend it up with a little milk. This eliminates the problem of cottage cheese ice cream being too icy or too hard to scoop. 

Simple Ingredients

– cottage cheese – unsweetened cocoa powder – peanut butter – maple syrup (optional) – overripe banana, fresh or frozen – milk

1. Add all the ingredients except the milk into your blender. Blend until combined and smooth.

2. Divide this mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze well.

3. When mixture is frozen and you are ready to eat the ice cream, add back into the blender. Add the milk and blend to a soft serve ice cream consistency. Enjoy!
