High Protein Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

This high protein peanut butter banana cottage cheese ice cream recipe has 25g of protein in it from the cottage cheese alone!  This is the perfect refreshing dessert or healthy evening snack to meet your protein requirements! 

Simple Ingredients

– cottage cheese – unsweetened cocoa powder – peanut butter – maple syrup (optional) – overripe banana, fresh or frozen – milk

1. Add all the ingredients except the milk into your blender. Blend until combined and smooth.

2. Divide this mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze well.

3. When mixture is frozen and you are ready to eat the ice cream, add back into the blender. Add the milk and blend to a soft serve ice cream consistency. Enjoy!
