    Ingredients

    • Sorbet - choose any store bought sorbet flavour that you love and pair it with a complementary kombucha flavour. Below I give some flavour pairing suggestions. Alternatively you can make your own homemade naturally sweet sorbet.
    • Kombucha - you can use homemade kombucha of course if you have it or experiment with various store bought flavours that compliment the sorbet flavour you've chosen.

    • Ginger or Green Tea Kombucha with Peach Sorbet
    • Grape Kombucha with Lime Sorbet
    • Mint Kombucha with Raspberry Sorbet
    • Blueberry or Raspberry Kombucha with Lemon Sorbet
    • Mango or Guava Kombucha with Coconut Sorbet

    How To Make Kombucha and Sorbet Floats

    Here are the step-by-step instructions to make this recipe.

    Step 1: Scoop.

    Place a single scoop of sorbet in the bottom of a coupe glass.

    Step 2: Pour

    Gently pour about ¾ of a cup (or as much as your glass will comfortably hold) of kombucha into the glass around the sorbet.

    Step 3: Serve

    Garnish as desired and serve with a spoon!

    • 2 Scoops Dairy Free Lemon Lime Sorbet or flavour of your choosing
    • 1 ⅕ cups Raspberry Hibiscus Kombucha or flavour of your choosing

    Instructions

      2 Scoops Dairy Free Lemon Lime Sorbet
