When autumn arrives I always crave spiced or warming drinks to enjoy especially in the evenings. I want to skip the overly sweet and sugar-laden drinks at cafes though and so here I have compiled a list of delicious drinks that are also naturally and lightly sweetened. Some of these recipes contain nourishing and supportive ingredients like maca, mushrooms like Lion's Mane and Reishi, dates, and turmeric.
