    If you need more protein in your diet, the solution might be as simple as eating dessert!

Here, I’ve gathered some of my favorite recipes for high protein desserts with protein powder. With these recipes you can enjoy a delicious treat and a protein boost, too.

    Getting enough protein can be life changing. Protein can help regulate hormones, reduce fatigue and mood swings, increase focus, control blood sugar - so many things that impact daily well-being. Adding protein powder to dessert might seem like a no-brainer method of getting more of this important macronutrient: mix powder in, get protein out. But it’s not always that simple. The best recipes thoughtfully leverage the amazing nutrition in protein powder while steering clear of any grittiness or chalkiness.
