Here you’ll find a collection of delicious naturally sweetened desserts. The best part is that these treats are sweetened only with fruit or fruit juices. Everything from dates, ripe bananas, applesauce, pineapple and apple juice. They are refined sugar free and still incredibly delicious!
I prefer to bake with natural sweeteners such as coconut sugar or maple syrup over white refined sugar and I'm always on the hunt for recipes that are naturally sweetened. But I’m an even bigger fan of desserts that are naturally sweetened with fruit such as bananas, dates or applesauce. Because of the fibre in the fruit the natural sugars will not be digested so quickly. This helps to keep your blood sugar levels steady.

Also, you can’t beat the flavour that dates or bananas, for example, lend to baked goods.

Love the look of these but several of the links don't work so I'm unable to open quite a few of the recipes. Some don't open at all while others just bring up a photo but no recipe. Such a shamegrip as I'd love to try them.
